- Trackable Letterbox Delivery – Select this delivery option to get your parcels delivered to your letter box. The parcel must be within 340mm x 240mm x 70mm and not heavier than 2kg. Orders that exceed the mentioned size will be dispatched via Ninja Van Standard Delivery.
- Ninja Collect – For Ninja Collect delivery option, the parcel s length, width and height must be within 500mm and not heavier than 4kg. You will receive an SMS or email notification from Ninja Van before proceeding for collection. Please note that the parcel will be kept at Ninja Collect Point for 3 working days and returned, if not collected.
- Kinokuniya Singapore offers the following exchange policy:
- Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date the company receives a tax receipt from you.
- The exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store, Customer Service counter.
