Etihad Airways Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel or make changes to only the bookings made on Etihad Airways flights and not on its partner airlines. To make changes, you can contact Etihad Contact Centre or a local office nearby. You will be charged a Guest Service Fee (GSF) for this. A change fee also applies in accordance with the rules of Etihad Airways. If a booking is changed within 96 hours of the scheduled departure, an additional amount of 10% must be paid as change fee.
If cancellations are made through Etihad Contact Centre, a GSF will apply. The refund amount depends on the rules attached with the ticket. Also, you must pay an additional amount of 10% if you cancel within 96 hours of scheduled departure.
You can also cancel or make changes to your bookings by using “Manage my Bookings”. To do this, you must ensure the following things.
• the tickets are older than five days, unused and refundable.
• the tickets were purchased with a single credit card and have not been exchanged.
• the modifications are not happening less than two hours before the departure.
