Same-day delivery depends on when your order is placed and confirmed. Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date; cancellations inside 3 days carry a 50% charge, and cancellation terms may differ in festive peaks. Changes to delivery address, recipient details, card message or contact number must be requested at least 1 day before delivery, and same-day changes may not be possible once the order is prepared or dispatched. Goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless defective in workmanship or quality, and complaints need a clear photo emailed within 24 hours of receipt.

If a flower, gift or packaging item is unavailable, FlowerAdvisor may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, theme and quality of the arrangement, so a specific rose shade can change on busy days. For hampers containing alcohol, the sender confirms the recipient is of legal drinking age, and FlowerAdvisor may verify age on delivery and withhold the hamper if not.
