Joining is free and starts you at Silver, with members-only rates of up to 10 percent off the best online rate, dining discounts and points on every night. Gold needs 2 stays and 5 nights in 12 months and adds a welcome drink, 1pm late check-out and a 25 percent points bonus. Platinum needs 4 stays and 10 nights, lifts the rate discount to 15 percent, adds 9am early check-in, 3pm check-out, room upgrades when available and a 50 percent points bonus. Black is invite-only with 6pm check-out and double points. LyLo properties are excluded for now.

EVT Stays runs seasonal sales in the southern hemisphere rhythm. As of early October 2026 the spring sale offers up to 25 percent off stays with members saving a further 10 percent, alongside Stay Longer and Save deals of up to 20 percent at Rydges and up to 25 percent at Atura, a Kids Stay and Eat Free offer at Atura, and QT deals of up to 20 percent off plus the member extra. The programme terms state that member bookings can generally be cancelled up to 3pm one day before arrival with no fee; after that cut-off a fee equal to the first night's package price applies.
