It depends on the hotel. Flow's FAQ says some hotels offer free cancellation inside a stated window, usually for hourly or half-day bookings and not for overnight stays, and the exact policy sits on each space's booking page and in your confirmation email. Flow does not allow modifications to a booking unless the hotel fails to provide the space, so pick your date and time slot carefully before paying. Approved refunds can take up to 12 days to reach your bank and up to two billing cycles to show on a statement.

Agoda and Booking.com sell the traditional night with fixed check-in and check-out times, so they suit a full staycation with breakfast and a late morning. Flow sells time slots of 1 to 12 hours plus overnight, with instant confirmation and check-in as early as the next minute, so it suits a few hours between flights, a quiet workspace, a pool afternoon or a rest after a late event. Flow's partner list in Singapore is narrower than an OTA's, so compare the same hotel on both. All three are separate ShopBack merchants with their own current published rates.

Many Singapore hotels only publish day-use rooms on request, with a fixed window such as 10AM to 6PM. Bring a physical identity document. Flow's FAQ states that every guest must present a physical government-issued ID card, and foreign guests a physical passport. For Singapore hotels specifically, Singpass, work permits, long-term passes, driving licences and membership cards are not accepted. The name on the booking must match the ID of the person checking in, otherwise the hotel can refuse entry with no refund. Guests must be at least 18, and some hotels require 21. Some hotels also take a refundable deposit at the front desk, returned at check-out less any minibar or incidental charges.
