Arsenal Direct

For Arsenal Direct, pick your kit or gifts, then check out through ShopBack before you pay: ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. Arsenal Direct is the official online store of Arsenal Football Club, the London club founded in 1886. It sells the 2026/27 adidas home, away, third and goalkeeper kits in replica and authentic cuts for men, women and kids, training wear, the Arsenal x adidas SPZL range, Retro Classics shirts, clothing, accessories, gifts, souvenirs, personalised items, homeware and memorabilia, and it also books Emirates Stadium tours and the Arsenal Museum. The store has a Singapore currency setting and offers worldwide tracked delivery. The current Cashback is shown on the ShopBack Arsenal Direct page before you buy.

Arsenal Direct advertises a 10% members discount applied to eligible products for holders of an official Arsenal Membership, the club's paid supporter scheme sold through arsenal.com in tiers such as Red, Gold and Junior Gunners. The discount is applied by the store at checkout once your membership is linked to your account, so check the current tier list and price on arsenal.com before you join just for the discount. Arsenal Direct also lists a student discount page.

The predictable price drops follow the football calendar: last season's kit is marked down once the new 2026/27 adidas shirts launch, and the store's FAQ names kit launches and holiday sale periods as its busiest times. Retro Classics and training wear tend to carry standing offers. For Singapore shoppers, Black Friday on 27 November 2026, Cyber Monday on 30 November 2026 and the post-Christmas sale line up with ShopBack's 11.11 and 12.12 upsizes. Allow for the international delivery window if a shirt is a gift, and check the current published rate on the ShopBack Arsenal Direct page.

Arsenal Direct offers worldwide tracked delivery, with international orders handled through Global-e; pick the Singapore flag and S$ currency at the top of the site so your order number begins with GE and the valuation is correct. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, and the store only publishes free-delivery thresholds for the UK, US and Australia, so expect a shipping charge to Singapore. Pick and pack takes 1 to 3 working days, longer at kit launches. Orders outside the UK and EU may be charged customs and import duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.

adidas Singapore stocks the current Arsenal replica shirts with local delivery and local returns, which is the quickest route to a plain home shirt. Arsenal Direct carries the full club range in one place: authentic player-spec kits, goalkeeper shirts, kids kits, Retro Classics, the SPZL collaboration and official name-and-number printing for current squad players such as Saka, Rice and Odegaard. It ships from the UK with duties possible on arrival. Buy from adidas Singapore for speed; buy from Arsenal Direct for printing, retro and club-only lines. Both are ShopBack merchants with separate published rates.

Multi-club retailers are handy when you are buying for a mixed household of Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona supporters in one checkout. Arsenal Direct is the club's own store, so it has the deepest Arsenal range, official personalisation done in-house, the members discount, and exclusive items such as signed and limited-edition pieces that ship with a signature-required service. Its trade-offs are refund-only returns for non-faulty items and international duties on arrival. For a single-club fan who wants a printed or retro shirt, the official store is the simpler choice. Compare current published ShopBack rates before checkout.

Arsenal Direct does not exchange non-faulty items: you send the product back for a refund through the online returns portal and place a new order in the size you want. Online orders cannot be returned to The Armoury or Highbury stores. Personalised and player-printed items cannot be refunded unless faulty, so double-check sizing before adding a name and number. If a parcel is refused because of customs fees, the refund is issued minus the delivery fee. The Global-e returns section shows the current window and conditions for Singapore. Order through ShopBack Singapore and your Cashback follows the items you keep.

On the product page for the 2026/27 adidas home shirt you can pick a current player such as Saka, Rice, Havertz, Odegaard or Calafiori, or add your own name and number; the women's shirt offers Russo, Williamson and Caldentey among others. Made-to-order printed shirts take longer than the usual 1 to 3 working days to ship. Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty, and if a courier returns an undeliverable personalised parcel it is resent rather than refunded. Printing on a shirt bought elsewhere is only done in-store in London.

Go through ShopBack Singapore before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account. Select the Singapore flag and S$ currency before you add your kit or gifts. The members discount is applied by the store once your membership is linked. The current Cashback is shown on the Arsenal Direct page on ShopBack before you buy.

Yes, in line with what you keep. For a partial return, such as refunding a training top while keeping a printed shirt, ShopBack Singapore adjusts the Cashback to what you kept. Because the store refunds rather than exchanges, a size swap means a refund on the first order and a new order through ShopBack for the replacement, which earns its own Cashback.
