Cashback tips
Check carefully for Cashback exclusions and caps before you buy or book to avoid disappointment. Don't forget the terms and conditions on any promotion and campaign pages.
Complete your shopping in one go: Always start from this platform to visit the store directly, for every new transaction. If your store visit is interrupted by an app update or download screen, restart your shopping from our platform.
Don't click on any third party links or extensions or use VPN or adblocking software, as they could result in your Cashback not being tracked. Some examples include: Facebook ads, Google Ads, other loyalty or cashback extension links.
For Ubisoft Store, you need to clear your cart, close the Ubisoft Store app, open this platform to visit the Ubisoft Store app or website and complete your purchase there in order to earn Cashback. You need to do this for each purchase.
If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should restart your visit to the Ubisoft Store from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.

What is the Ubisoft Store?
The Ubisoft Store is the publisher's direct-to-consumer PC games and subscription channel, so pick your game, then check out through ShopBack before you pay, where ShopBack Cashback works like a discount, only easier than a promo code. Covers Ubisoft franchises (Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs) plus Ubisoft+ subscription. Games deliver via Ubisoft Connect launcher. Alternatives include Steam, Epic Games Store, and keysellers. ShopBack Singapore is an essential step before you check out at the Ubisoft Store: go through it before you pay and part of what you spend comes back as Cashback.
Is Ubisoft+ worth it?
Ubisoft+ subscription tiers (Classics and Premium) unlock access to a rotating catalogue of Ubisoft games. Premium adds day-one new-release access. For Ubisoft-heavy players buying two or more new Ubisoft titles per year at full price, Premium typically pays back. For occasional Ubisoft buyers, standalone purchases during sales may cost less.
Ubisoft Store vs Steam for Ubisoft games?
Ubisoft games sold on Steam also require Ubisoft Connect activation, so the underlying account and cloud saves are the same. Steam adds Steam Overlay, achievements, and cloud saves via Steam. Ubisoft Store direct typically has publisher-loyalty perks (Ubisoft Coins on purchases) and Ubisoft+ eligibility. Match to the perks you value.
How do Ubisoft Store refunds work?
Ubisoft Store's refund policy typically allows refunds within a stated window (often 14 days) with a playtime threshold (often under 2 hours). Verify current refund terms on store.ubisoft.com before purchase. Refund not available on activated in-game currency or heavily used subscriptions.
How do I earn ShopBack cashback on Ubisoft Store?
Go through ShopBack Singapore before you pay and the Cashback tracks to your ShopBack account. See the current published rate on the ShopBack Ubisoft Store page.
How long does Ubisoft Store cashback take to track and confirm?
Pending Cashback typically appears within a few days of a purchase through ShopBack Singapore. Confirmed Cashback posts after the Ubisoft Store return window closes on the order.
