Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • We can only track your Cashback if you show up for your booking.

IHG Hotels & Resorts terms and conditions

  • Commission is only available if your purchase is completed online
  • Orders made on external partner pages or using external partner voucher or discount codes (eg. banks, telcos, loyalty networks) are not valid for Cashback
  • Customers will only be rewarded a commission when their stay is completed at the booked hotel
  • Commission is only available for commissionable IHG Hotels & Resorts room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service are non-commissionable)
  • Commission may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g. voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
  • Bookings will now be tracked with the commission based on the booking value. The booking value is subject to change post-checkout. Commission will not be paid out until an average of 6 weeks after the stay is completed
