You drop a plant pod into a cup, fill the tank and switch on. The pods draw water up through wicks so the plant takes only what it needs, which Click & Grow says removes under- and over-watering with no pumps or noise. The LED grow lights run on a 16 hours on, 8 hours off cycle automatically, and the tank needs refilling only every one to three weeks. The 9 PRO adds touch and app control of the lights. The store mainly ships to Singapore addresses, and restricted zones such as Changi Airport, Alps Avenue, Sentosa and Jurong Island attract extra delivery charges.

The Smart Garden 3 holds three pods and suits a small kitchen counter or a first trial of a few herbs such as basil, mint or coriander. The Smart Garden 9 holds nine pods, which is enough for a rotating herb and salad supply for a household, and is the model Click & Grow calls the garden everyone loves. On the Singapore store the Smart Garden 3 was listed at $169.95 and the Smart Garden 9 at $369.95 at the time of writing. Both earn the same ShopBack Cashback, so size the garden to the number of plants you will actually harvest.

Ordinary pots cost less upfront but depend on direct light, regular watering and pest-free soil. Click & Grow swaps that for timed LED light, wick watering and sealed pods, at the cost of the garden and then pods at a few dollars each. If you want basil or lettuce reliably without a sunny ledge, the smart garden is the point; with strong afternoon light and time to tend, pots win. Plant pods are pre-seeded, soil-like plugs sold in 3-packs, 9-packs and a 30-pack Grow Anything option you seed yourself, across more than 65 varieties including herbs, leafy greens, mini tomatoes, chilli peppers and flowers. Click & Grow backs pods with a lifetime sprouting guarantee: if a pod fails to sprout, it replaces the same quantity, though not necessarily the same variety, once you send photos of the plants and the garden setup. Pods kept outdoors are not covered. Pod reorders through the ShopBack Click & Grow page earn Cashback like any other order.

A full refund is available up to 30 days after you receive the item if the garden or pods are unused, in original packaging and in the condition received, with proof of purchase; you pay the return shipping and refunds are processed once the warehouse confirms receipt. Reseller purchases are not refundable through Click & Grow. The refund policy page states a two-year warranty on indoor gardens while some product pages say one year, so confirm the period for your model with support.
