Cheapest Way to Buy Mandai Tickets in 2026: Promo Code or Bank Deal?
What is the cheapest way to buy Mandai Wildlife Reserve tickets in Singapore in 2026: a promo code, a bank card deal or a pass? Mandai's own partner page lists up to 50% off admission with POSB Everyday and PAssion POSB Debit cards and up to 30% with JCB, SAFRA, HomeTeamNS, NTUC and PAssion Card, all bought through its partner portal. How those compare with WildPass local pricing, Destination Passes and memberships, and how to go through ShopBack Singapore before a regular online purchase.
Cheapest Way to Buy Mandai Tickets in 2026: Promo Code or Bank Deal?
In Singapore in 2026, a bank deal usually beats a promo code for Mandai tickets, if you hold the right card. Mandai's own Partner Promotions page lists up to 50% off admission with a POSB Everyday Card or PAssion POSB Debit Card until 31 December 2026, and up to 30% with JCB, SAFRA, HomeTeamNS, NTUC or PAssion Card. Without one, use free WildPass pricing if you live here, a Destination Pass for several parks, or start a regular purchase from ShopBack.
New to ShopBack Singapore? ShopBack is a free app and website that gives you cash back when you shop or book with partner stores, including Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Open ShopBack, tap through to Mandai, pay on Mandai's own site as normal, and the cash lands in your ShopBack account once the purchase is confirmed. Sign up to ShopBack Singapore before your zoo trip.
Cheapest way to buy Mandai tickets: promo code or bank deal?
Start with the card in your wallet, because Mandai's bank and membership deals usually cut admission prices further than the general promo codes it publishes, which tend to be tied to a specific product. Here is how the main routes compare, using Mandai's own pages at the time of writing (8 October 2026):
| Route | What Mandai lists | Who it suits | Where you buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| POSB Everyday Card or PAssion POSB Debit Card | Up to 50% off admission to seven attractions, 1 January to 31 December 2026 | POSB cardholders | Mandai Partner Portal |
| Trust+ Card | 50% off admission to five parks, until 31 March 2027 | Trust+ cardholders | Mandai Partner Portal |
| JCB, SAFRA, HomeTeamNS, NTUC or PAssion Card | Up to 30% off admission | Cardholders and members | Mandai Partner Portal |
| WildPass | Local-exclusive online prices, for example S$39 instead of S$49 for a regular-day Singapore Zoo adult ticket | Singapore local residents | Mandai's website |
| Destination Pass | S$88 for any 2 attractions in one day, up to S$158 for 6 attractions over 5 days, per adult | Tourists visiting several parks | Mandai's website |
| Regular online ticket through ShopBack | Mandai's list price, then cash back after you pay | Anyone without a partner deal | Mandai's website, starting from ShopBack |
What the gap looks like in dollars. Two adults and two children visiting Singapore Zoo on a regular weekday as tourists would pay S$166 at Mandai's list prices (S$49 per adult, S$34 per child). A deal of up to 50% could, at the full discount, take that to S$83. A regular online purchase started from ShopBack brings part of the S$166 back as Cashback, at the live rate shown on the Mandai page on ShopBack. So if a partner card works for your tickets, use it.
Mandai partner promo: the bank and membership deals
Mandai's partner promo is a set of discounts for specific bank and membership cards, all sold through the Mandai Partner Portal. Mandai's Partner Promotions page lists, at the time of writing:
- POSB Everyday Card (1 January to 31 December 2026). Up to 50% off admission to Bird Paradise, Curiosity Cove, Exploria, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild Adventure, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo when you pay with the card, plus 10% off Ranger Buddies Mission Kits for Singapore Zoo and River Wonders.
- PAssion POSB Debit Card (1 January to 31 December 2026). The same up to 50% off the same seven attractions, plus the same 10% off Mission Kits.
- Trust+ Card (until 31 March 2027). 50% off admission to Bird Paradise, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild Adventure, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo, with the code found in the Trust+ app.
- JCB Card (1 July 2025 to 31 March 2027). Up to 30% off admission to five parks, plus 10% off purchases of S$30 or more at selected food and souvenir outlets.
- SAFRA (1 July 2025 to 31 March 2027), HomeTeamNS (1 June 2025 to 31 March 2027), NTUC (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027) and PAssion Card (1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027). Up to 30% off admission, with the code or member details from each organisation.
How partner deals work
Each partner deal gives you a code, or for NTUC your registered member details, that you use as the login ID on the Mandai Partner Portal. Mandai says the admission tickets are "subjected to availability for purchase at Mandai Partner Portal only", and that the Amazon River Quest boat ride at River Wonders is not included. "Up to" means the discount can vary by park, ticket type or day, so check the portal price for your exact tickets before you pay.
Mandai partner promo in Singapore for 2026: which card wins
For 2026, the POSB and Trust+ deals are the largest on paper at up to 50%, and the membership deals sit at up to 30%. If you hold more than one eligible card, log in to the portal with each and compare the total for your group, since the parks covered differ slightly: the POSB deals include Curiosity Cove and Exploria, while the Trust+ and JCB deals list five parks.
Two habits help:
- Check the dates. POSB's deals run to 31 December 2026; most membership deals run to 31 March 2027.
- Pay with the right card. Card-based deals require you to pay with that card, so have it ready at checkout.
Mandai Wildlife Reserve promo codes, discount codes and vouchers
Mandai's general promo codes are usually tied to a specific product or card rather than a sitewide discount. Examples on its promotions page at the time of writing include a Mastercard code for a free Breakfast in the Wild with every Singapore Zoo admission, limited to 50 tickets sold a day, and an early-bird code for Glamping in the Wild worth S$100 off per night per tent for the first 100 bookings of each experience. Mandai notes on that offer that "promo codes are non-stackable".
On reviews and coupon sites. Searches for Mandai promo code reviews often lead to coupon aggregator sites. Mandai's own promotions and partner pages are the source to trust, because they show each offer's dates and terms; codes reposted elsewhere can be expired or tied to a card you do not hold.
Mandai Wildlife Reserve's official promotions and offers
Beyond partner deals, Mandai runs its own programmes that lower the ticket price without any code.
Admission prices to compare against
According to Mandai's single attraction page at the time of writing, adult prices are:
| Park | Tourist, regular day | Local resident (WildPass), regular day | Local resident (WildPass), peak day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore Zoo | S$49 | S$39 | S$44 |
| Bird Paradise | S$49 | S$39 | S$44 |
| River Wonders | S$45 | S$35 | S$40 |
| Night Safari | S$58 | S$48 | S$52 |
| Rainforest Wild Adventure | S$55 | S$45 | S$50 |
| Exploria | S$38 | S$34 | S$36 |
Regular days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays for most parks; for Night Safari they are Sunday to Thursday excluding public holidays and their eves. Mandai says prices include 9% GST, and children under 3 enter free with an adult ticket holder.
WildPass for local residents
WildPass is free. Mandai says it is open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependant's Pass holders aged 15 and above with Singpass. It unlocks local-exclusive online prices, 10% off selected food, retail and photo booths, 10% off wildlife experiences, and a free birthday-month entry to Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, Rainforest Wild Adventure or River Wonders with a full-paying adult ticket, bought onsite.
Destination Passes for tourists
Mandai lists a 2 Attractions Destination Pass (1-Day) at S$88 per adult and S$60 per child, which it says saves up to 25% off single admission rates, a 6 Attractions pass (1-Day) at S$118 and S$90, and a 6 Attractions pass (5-Day) at S$158 and S$110. Singapore Zoo plus Night Safari on a regular day would cost an adult tourist S$107 bought separately, so the 2-attraction pass saves S$19.
Annual memberships
If you will visit three or more times a year, a Friends of Mandai membership may work out cheaper. Mandai lists Friends of Mandai Premium Plus at S$67 per month for 2 adults and 1 child or teen, with annual admission to all 7 attractions and up to 15% off dining and shopping for members.
Mandai Wildlife Reserve, credit card rewards and ShopBack
Your credit card's own rewards usually still apply to a Mandai purchase, and ShopBack is the step that lowers the price of a regular online purchase.
- Card rewards. Miles, points or rebates on your card are paid by your bank, so they generally apply to Mandai tickets like any other purchase. Check your card's terms for caps or excluded categories.
- ShopBack and partner deals. The Mandai Wildlife Reserve page on ShopBack Singapore lists in its terms that purchases made with vouchers or promo codes not featured on ShopBack do not count, and partner deals are sold through Mandai's separate partner portal with a code as the login. Treat these as two different routes: a partner deal on the portal, or a regular online purchase started from ShopBack.
How ShopBack fits into buying Mandai tickets
Save on your trip by booking flights, hotels and activities through ShopBack, and you still buy on Mandai's own site. Mandai issues the tickets and handles changes and refunds under its own terms.
- Decide your route using the table above. If no partner deal applies to you, carry on.
- Open the Mandai Wildlife Reserve page on ShopBack Singapore in the app or on the website.
- Tap through and buy your tickets on Mandai's website in the same session, using WildPass pricing if you are eligible.
- Once Mandai confirms the purchase, the cash lands in your ShopBack account and you can withdraw it.
ShopBack lowers the effective price of flights, hotels and online orders after you pay. Cashback lowers what you actually pay for an order. It comes back as cash, so it works like a discount on the price, not like points or miles.
What it means for a family order. The family of four above pays S$166 for regular-day tourist tickets to Singapore Zoo. Going through ShopBack first means part of that comes back as Cashback once Mandai confirms the purchase. Check the live rate on the Mandai page on ShopBack when you buy.
Other Singapore attractions to compare
Other Singapore attractions families compare with the Mandai parks include Gardens by the Bay, Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium and the Sentosa attractions, and booking sites such as Klook, KKday and Trip.com sell tickets to many of them. The same routine applies: check your card and membership deals first, then go through ShopBack before you pay.
The verdict
If you hold a POSB Everyday Card, PAssion POSB Debit Card or Trust+ Card, Mandai's own partner deal of up to 50% is usually the cheapest way in for 2026, followed by the up to 30% membership deals. Local residents without one should sign up for free WildPass, tourists visiting more than one park should price a Destination Pass, and anyone paying the regular online price should open the Mandai page on ShopBack Singapore before they pay.
Frequently asked questions
Cheapest way to buy Mandai tickets: promo code or bank deal?
If you hold an eligible card, Mandai's own bank deals usually go deepest: its partner page lists up to 50% off admission with a POSB Everyday Card or PAssion POSB Debit Card for 2026, and up to 30% with JCB, SAFRA, HomeTeamNS, NTUC or PAssion Card, bought through the Mandai Partner Portal. Without one, local residents should use free WildPass pricing, tourists visiting several parks should price a Destination Pass, and a regular online purchase should start from ShopBack Singapore.
What is the Mandai partner promo?
Mandai's Partner Promotions page lists discounts for specific bank and membership cards. At the time of writing these include up to 50% off with POSB Everyday Card and PAssion POSB Debit Card from 1 January to 31 December 2026, 50% off with Trust+ Card until 31 March 2027, and up to 30% off with JCB, SAFRA, HomeTeamNS, NTUC and PAssion Card. Mandai says these tickets are sold through the Mandai Partner Portal, using a code or member details as the login.
Is there a POSB promotion for Mandai in 2026?
Yes. Mandai's partner page lists up to 50% off admission to Bird Paradise, Curiosity Cove, Exploria, Night Safari, Rainforest Wild Adventure, River Wonders and Singapore Zoo when you pay with a POSB Everyday Card or PAssion POSB Debit Card, valid 1 January to 31 December 2026, plus 10% off Ranger Buddies Mission Kits. You use the code shown on Mandai's page as your login on the partner portal.
Does Mandai Wildlife Reserve have a promo code?
Mandai publishes its own codes on its promotions pages, usually tied to a card, a membership or a specific product, such as a Mastercard code for a free Breakfast in the Wild with Singapore Zoo admission, limited to 50 tickets a day at the time of writing. Mandai notes that promo codes are non-stackable on some offers, so use one code per purchase and read its terms.
How much are Mandai tickets without a promotion?
According to Mandai's single attraction page at the time of writing, regular-day adult tourist prices are S$49 for Singapore Zoo and Bird Paradise, S$45 for River Wonders, S$58 for Night Safari, S$55 for Rainforest Wild Adventure and S$38 for Exploria. Local residents with WildPass pay S$39, S$39, S$35, S$48, S$45 and S$34 for the same parks on regular days.
What is WildPass and who can get it?
WildPass is Mandai's free digital programme for Singapore local residents. Mandai says it is open to citizens, permanent residents and holders of an Employment Pass, Work Permit or Dependant's Pass aged 15 and above with Singpass. It gives local-exclusive online ticket prices, 10% off selected dining and retail, and a free birthday-month entry with a full-paying adult ticket.
Is a Mandai Destination Pass cheaper than single tickets?
Usually, if you visit two or more parks. Mandai lists a 2 Attractions Destination Pass (1-Day) at S$88 per adult, a 6 Attractions 1-Day pass at S$118 and a 6 Attractions 5-Day pass at S$158 at the time of writing. Two regular-day adult tourist tickets to Singapore Zoo and Night Safari would be S$107 bought separately.
Can I use a credit card for rewards on Mandai tickets?
Usually yes. Miles, points or rebates on your card are paid by your bank, so they generally apply to a Mandai ticket purchase like any other. Check your card's own terms for category exclusions or caps, and remember that the bank discounts on Mandai's partner page need that specific card.
Are Mandai promo codes on coupon sites reliable?
The safest source is Mandai's own promotions and partner pages, which show the dates and terms for each offer. Codes reposted elsewhere can be expired or tied to a card you do not hold. Codes that are not listed on ShopBack's Mandai page can also stop a ShopBack purchase from counting.
Does ShopBack work with Mandai Wildlife Reserve?
Yes. Save on your trip by booking flights, hotels and activities through ShopBack. Open the Mandai Wildlife Reserve page on ShopBack Singapore, tap through and buy on Mandai's site in the same session. ShopBack's page excludes purchases made with vouchers or promo codes not featured there, so it suits a regular online purchase rather than a partner portal deal.
How does ShopBack lower what I pay for Mandai tickets?
ShopBack lowers the effective price of flights, hotels and online orders after you pay. Once Mandai confirms the purchase, cash comes back to your ShopBack account. Check the live rate on the Mandai page on ShopBack before you buy.
