Campaign period: 11 Blind Boxes will be made available for purchase, 1 each hour, from 10 Nov 2024 8pm till 11 Nov 2024 1am, and 11 Nov 2024 6pm till 12 Nov 2024 12am. The release schedule is listed in the publicity material for this campaign.
Voucher rewards: To receive the reward in each blind box, users will have to purchase the associated voucher at the price stated. Once payment is received, the voucher will be dispensed to the user. Users can retrieve their voucher from Account > Vouchers. Voucher rewards (as stated on the voucher) will be automatically distributed by the system to the user.
Vouchers sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Each user is entitled to purchase only one blind box every hour during the campaign, while stocks last. The number of blind boxes available for purchase are listed below in Schedule A.
Instant Prize: In addition to the voucher reward purchased, each user may stand a chance to win an instant prize for each blind box purchased.
The winner(s) of the instant prize for each blind box will be randomly selected by the system. The winner(s) will be immediately notified that they have won the instant prize. Users can check the prize when they access the purchased voucher: Account > Vouchers > Purchased Voucher > See Voucher.
The list of instant prizes available for each blind box is listed below in Schedule A.
All vouchers and instant prizes are subject to the validity period as stated on the individual voucher or instant prizes.

Mastercard, Golden Village and Toys R Us Blind Box (Quantity: 100): Pay $11 (and receive 100% Cashback if you make your purchase using Mastercard) for 1 Golden Village all day ticket worth $15. Stand a chance to win one Toys”R”Us voucher worth $30 (Quantity: 4).
Wisma Blind Box (Quantity: 100): Pay $0.10 for a 1GB eskimo eSIM and a $5 Wisma e-voucher. (no instant prize for this blind box).
Plaza Singapura Blind Box (Quantity: 99): Pay $1 for $10 Ryde Credits and a $2 off ShopBack Pay promo code (with minimum spend $10). Stand a chance to win an additional $10 Ryde Credits, and an additional $8 off ShopBack Pay promo code (with minimum spend $50) (Quantity: 9). For the avoidance of doubt, the winners of the additional $8 ShopBack Pay promo code shall receive only one $10 off ShopBack Pay promo code (with minimum spend $50). Shopee Blind Box (Quantity: 100): Pay $0.10 for a $5 Shopee voucher. Stand a chance to win an additional $45 Shopee voucher (Quantity: 1).
Additional instant prize (Labubu prize): On top of the voucher rewards and instant prizes, each user will also stand a chance to win a Labubu doll (retail price $58.20) for each blind box purchased. There are 11 Labubu dolls available for this additional instant giveaway, 1 for each hour of the campaign period.
One winner will be randomly selected instantly by the system every hour during the campaign. The winner will be immediately notified that they have won the Labubu prize. Users can check if they have won the prize by accessing the purchased voucher: Account > Vouchers > Purchased Voucher > See Voucher.
Winners of the Labubu will be contacted via the email address that is used for the ShopBack account to make arrangements to collect the Labubu prize. Please check your promotions or junk folder in the case it lands there. Winners have to reply by the date stated in the email to acknowledge and make arrangements for collection of the Labubu prize. All unclaimed prizes within 2 weeks of email notification will be forfeited.
