• Refund policy: This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash in part or full. Movie ticket redeemed with this voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This voucher is valid for redemption on the Cathay Cineplexes website and mobile app, as well as Cathay Cineplexes self-kiosk counters and manned counters.
• This voucher is not valid for redemption of 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced, Movie Marathons, Film Festivals, Special Previews & The Platinum Movie Suites tickets.
• Special exclusions may apply, please check if there are any T&Cs on your desired movies from the Cathay Cineplexes website.
• Please note that 'The World of John Wick: Ballerina' is not applicable for the voucher redemption.

How to Redeem

• Cathay Cineplexes Website / Mobile App
  • Head to https://www.cathaycineplexes.com.sg/ or the mobile app.
  • Select your movie, outlet, timeslot and seats.
  • After Seat Selection, input voucher code under ‘Redeem your voucher’ field and press ‘Add’.
  • Proceed to check out as per usual.
• Cathay Cineplexes physical outlets
  • Head down to the self-kiosk or manned counters at any Cathay Cineplexes outlet in Singapore.
  • Select your movie, time slot and seats.
  • Scan barcode to redeem movie voucher.
  • Proceed to check out as per usual.

• Standard booking fee applies for online redemption via Cathay Cineplexes website or Cathay Cineplexes mobile app.
• This voucher is not exchangeable for cash in part or full.
• Movie ticket redeemed with this voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date reflected on this voucher will be permitted
• This voucher is not valid for redemption with other promotions and discounts at Cathay Cineplexes
• This voucher, once purchased, is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
