Everyone who’s ever shopped online would have gotten their packages mixed up before – it’s really part and parcel (pun intended) of purchasing items online. Thus, out of 100 packages that get delivered to you, perhaps three or four of them may be wrong or defective, or one that’s far from satisfying! Of course, there’s no shame in that. These things are common and not unheard of. Hence, you’ll require some early knowledge of what to do if one day, you’re required to return your packages.

For now, let’s look at Zalora packages and how to handle them. We’ll go step-by-step:

1. Use the return slip

The online form is no longer working so you’ll have to print out this general slip. Alternatively, simply fill up the form that’s included in your package. It should look something like the general slip.

2. Pack all your items into a parcel

Zalora parcels are reusable and so, you’ll be able to repackage your items in the same bag that’s to be sent back to Zalora. Pack your items into the parcel along with the filled-in return slip and you’re ready for the next step.

3. Drop off your parcel

Head to the nearest POPStations or SingPost counters to drop your parcel off. Here’s a list of POPStations in Singapore. Even if your parcel is small enough to fit through the SingPost mailboxes, DON’T DO IT. Zalora will not be able to track/trace your packages this way. Also, engage a third-party courier at your own expense, because you will not be reimbursed by Zalora.

Remember to use the Singapore Post Shipping Label for free shipping back to Zalora! Also keep a record of the RNZAL code found on your label so that you’ll be able to self-track your parcel and aid Zalora when needed. It should look something like this:

4. Receive an email

Once you’ve successfully dropped off your packages, wait for about 3-5 days for it to reach Zalora’s doorstep. Once they’ve received it, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Pretty easy, huh?

And that’s all there is to return your Zalora packages!
